Meet The Doula
Like many women, I have not always believed this.
While I loved children, I feared birth and found the whole process terrifying and even repulsive.
Then I birthed my son. What I discovered was a level of physical, mental, and spiritual strength that left me shocked and in awe. I had believed the lies that I was weak and that my body was incapable of birthing the life it grew, but that's all they were. Lies.
Doula work is the last field I ever thought I would find myself in, but here I am! And I love it! There are few things more rewarding to me than being invited into the sacred spaces that are the birth rooms and postpartum seasons.
As mama to a toddler boy, a baby girl, and an angel baby in Heaven I've been in the trenches of infant and toddlerhood. I've sat in the space that is pregnancy after loss. No matter your experiences, my heart is to help you find purpose, rhythm, and even joy during these first few fleeting years.
Lastly, adoption is near and dear to my heart. I hear the cries of mamas who lovingly entrust another to raise their child, and I see the selflessness of families who welcome the children into their homes. Both biological mothers and adoptive mothers deserve the same level of respect and care. Postpartum help is not exclusive to women who have birthed babies. It is for any woman raising a child.
Whether you are growing life, giving birth, or caring for your precious bundle, my goal is to remind you that you were ingeniously designed with the ability to be a mother...and empower you to believe it.

Package Options
The word "doula" means "mother-the-mother," and that's exactly what I do for you. During your pregnancy, I'm available to answer any questions you have, and we'll even do some birth and parenting classes together! These take place in the comfort of your own home and - as applicable - with dad. Postpartum, I come to your home to help you rest + heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. My goal is always to leave you more confident in your parenting abilities than you were before we met.
Birth Package - $1,000
Includes four meetings where together we go over your desires for birth and answer any questions you have, support throughout pregnancy, on the day of birth, and immediately following birth.
Postpartum Support
Daytime shifts - $30/hour 4 hour minimum Nighttime shifts - $45/hour 7 hour minimum Special menu of postpartum meals available upon request
Birth + Postpartum Support
Silver Package - $1,170 Includes the Birth Package + 10 hours postpartum day support. Amber Package - $1,710 Includes the Birth Package + 30 hours postpartum day support. Sapphire Package - $2,200 Includes the Birth Package + 50 hours postpartum day support. Emerald Package - $3,500 Includes the Birth Package plus 100 hours postpartum day support.
Services
Parenting Class - $130
Two-hour class in the comfort of your home where we cover swaddling, bathing, diapering, feeding, safe sleep environments, soothing techniques, car seat installation and safety, and what to expect at the hospital for newborn care. This class can taught before or after delivery.
Mom Pampering Session - $200
The is the ultimate in pampering for moms from 4 days to 12 weeks postpartum. I come to your home and take care of baby so you can relax in a warm bath with calming herbs. Then we wrap your belly in a supportive bekung wrap made of unbleached cotton muslin. A warm and nutritious meal of your choice from my exclusive postpartum menu completes the pampering session.
